Breaking the Chains

Breaking the Chains group is facilitated by DeAnna Franson, CMHC. 

This group is a self-study group facilitated through an integrated approach  (psychoeducation, experiential, and CBT) to assist participants in understanding the meaning of emotional sobriety and developing skills for resilience from relationship trauma to balance. 

Group sessions will guide members to find hope, healing, & balance through their lived experience.  Examples of topics include but are not limited to:  explore in the meaning of emotional sobriety, learning how it bodies process emotion, understanding attachment & self-regulation, developing emotional literacy, relationship trauma & the family, etc.

Group will be held virtually the 1st & 4th Thursday monthly from 7:00-8:30 pm running March-October.
